College Operations Coordinator
Xavier University’s College of Arts and Sciences is seeking two College Operations Coordinators to provide administrative budgetary, clerical, and event support. College Operations Coordinator
Xavier University’s College of Arts and Sciences is seeking two College Operations Coordinators to provide administrative budgetary, clerical, and event support. The ability to multitask and work with diverse populations is essential to the position.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage budgets for the departments within the College of Arts and Sciences.
- Serve as the primary buyer for Xavier’s e-Procurement system purchases for several academic departments.
- Prepare forms necessary for completing miscellaneous financial transactions in support of all areas.
- Provide the day-to-day operational support to academic departments to include assistance with hiring needs, reporting, website updates and responding to student and faculty inquiries.
- Assist in the building, editing, and updating of course schedules.
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum three years of administrative experience
- A demonstrated skill within Microsoft Office programs, including high proficiency with Excel
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to master and organize details
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Effectively prioritizes tasks to manage multiple projects
- Experience with Workday Finance and Banner Student
- Experience in academic organizations
