A boutique financial services company are hiring a Sales Enablement & AI Automation Specialist to own their sales technology ecosystem and drive top-of-funnel performance.


This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and operations, with a clear mandate: increase Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) through smarter systems, automation, and tooling. You will be the end-to-end owner of the sales tech stack, responsible for evaluating, implementing, integrating, and optimizing the tools that power outbound and inbound lead generation.


Key Responsibilities of the Sales Enablement Specialist:

  1. Own and optimize the full sales tech stack (CRM, sequencing, outreach, enrichment)
  2. Design scalable outbound and inbound systems to drive MQL growth
  3. Identify manual bottlenecks and replace them with automated workflows
  4. Evaluate, implement, and integrate new tools across sales and AI ecosystems
  5. Create and optimize multi-channel sequencing and outreach strategies
  6. Track, analyze, and improve funnel performance (MQLs, conversion rates, pipeline impact)


Key Requirements of the Sales Enablement Specialist

  1. Hands-on experience with modern sales tech stacks (e.g., CRM, outreach, automation tools)
  2. Experience building or experimenting with AI agents / LLM workflows
  3. Strong automation and integration skills (APIs, Zapier/Make, etc.)
  4. Ability to evaluate and select the right tools, not just use them
  5. Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and optimizing funnel metrics
  6. High ownership and ability to build scalable systems from scratch


You’ll have full ownership of a critical growth function and the freedom to build the systems you believe will drive results. This is a high-impact role where the right person can directly influence pipeline and revenue at scale.


This role is onsite in Austin, and the team are offering up to $100,000 for the right candidate.
