About the Role
Aurigo seeks an experienced Sales Enablement Manager to design and scale programs that empower our go-to-market (GTM) teams: Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships, with the tools, processes, and knowledge to drive measurable business impact.
In this role, you'll own Aurigo's Enablement Charter and partner with GTM and product leaders to build world-class onboarding and continuous learning programs, develop sales playbooks and training assets, embed sales methodologies across teams, and measure readiness and performance through enablement scorecards and metrics. This is a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of people, process, and performance.
Responsibilities
- Align enablement programs with Aurigo's GTM strategy.
- Design and deliver role-based onboarding and continuous learning for Sales, Marketing, Partners, and Customer Success.
- Maintain and optimize enablement platforms (e.g., Mindtickle), ensuring seamless integration with GTM systems.
- Lead enablement initiatives for quarterly readiness and annual Sales Kickoffs.
- Track performance using readiness indices and adoption metrics.
- Continuously evaluate tools and processes to drive efficiency and scale.
Required Skills
- 6–8 years in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, or GTM Operations within a SaaS/B2B environment.
- Proven success designing enablement programs that drive measurable revenue impact.
- Strong grasp of sales methodologies (Sandler, MEDDIC) and coaching best practices.
- Experience with enablement and CRM tools (Mindtickle, Salesforce, Outreach, Nooks, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with comfort measuring enablement ROI.

- Familiarity with instructional design or adult learning principles.
