**Job Description**
This role is responsible for the Systems Approach to Training process and the ADDIE training model to lead the Plant Support Personnel (PSP) Training group in turning complex technical data into student-centered training for nuclear power plant workers. They will provide guidance and direction to other employees to support production of high quality, timely, and cost-effective engineering solutions to technical problems. They will assist operators, technicians, and other plant staff positions to learn the skills they need to safely operate and maintain the plant and comply with the rules set by regulators, company, and our suppliers and clients. They will assist Human Factors, Simulation, Operations, Maintenance Procedures, Licensing, and Engineering Design groups with developing their programs. This position will enjoy teaching, learning, and improving their skills.
