Wyoming Services for Independent Living seeks applicants for a full time Case Manager to work in our Independent Living and Veteran’s Directed Care Programs.
The position involves working with individuals with a disability to increase their independence by developing and implementing step by step plans to overcome barriers to independence.
The position can be based out of either our Cody or Powell office. It requires regular travel to meet with clients across the Big Horn Basin, including overnight trips. The ability to engage in outreach and coordinate with other local resources is also required.
