Job Summary
The Quality Assurance Specialist ensures the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of electronic child files and data in the agency’s software system. This position supports the preparation of local, state, and federal reports by conducting regular file reviews and data audits. Collaboration with fellow Quality Assurance Specialists and program managers is essential to maintain consistent data standards and practices. The Specialist also assists with staff training and provides technical support to ensure correct documentation and software use. Coordination with the Systems Administrator is required to manage user setup and access. Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication are critical to success in this role. The position must be based at a WCFD site for the entire orientation period, with potential for hybrid work thereafter.

- Must have effective stress management strategies and the ability to maintain composure in challenging situations.
- Flexibility is key; the ability to adapt to changing daily routines is required.
- Bilingual candidates are preferred.
Education and Experience:
- Must have a High School Diploma or a G.E.D. and be 18 years of age (state requirements).
- Must be willing to attain additional training or certifications, which may be required by Wyoming Child and Family Development, Inc.
- WCFD will only accept college degrees from accredited institutions recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
