What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Treatment Coordinator position at Wynnewood Dental Arts?
We are a private practice located on the Main Line just outside of Philadelphia.
Looking for an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team. Candidate should be and extraordinary person with strong work ethic and excellent communication skills. Qualified candidates will have a background in the dental field, specific to patient coordination and/or patient care. Experience in customer service is also helpful. Must be comfortable with dental treatment presentation, having financial conversations, and be organized. Ability to use Dentrix dental software is a must.
Position entails:
- Ensure providers schedules are maintained, full, and balanced efficiently
-Develop comprehensive treatment plans and assist patients to maximize their dental benefits when applicable
-Serve as our patient concierge, our main focus is to provide a warming, friendly, and personal environment for our patients
