Treatment & Financing Coordinator – Full Mouth Reconstruction Surgery Center

By Design Dental Implant Center in King of Prussia is a boutique implant practice focused on full‑mouth transformations for adults 40–75. Patients fly in scared, embarrassed, and confused. They meet directly with our lead surgeon and leave with a clear plan to get their smile and their life back.
Your job is to make that journey smooth, clear, and financially possible.
What you’ll do: You are the glue between the patient, the doctor, and the finances:
Before the consult
- Call/text new patients to confirm, pre‑frame the visit, and answer basic questions.
- Collect and organize forms, imaging, and records so the doctor walks into a clean, prepared consult.
- Light pre‑qualification on finances (insurance basics, comfort with financing, etc.).
During the consult
- Sit in on high‑value implant and full‑arch consultations.
- Translate the doctor’s clinical recommendations into clear treatment plans and written estimates.
- Present fees and guide patients through payment options and financing applications (CareCredit, Proceed, etc.).
- Make it feel safe and understood while considering a $40k–$70k treatment.
After the consult
- Run and track financing applications; find alternatives when plans are declined.
- Follow up by phone/text/email with “thinking about it” patients
- Work unscheduled treatment and “old lead” lists daily to fill the schedule.
- Keep our practice management / CRM systems up to date so nothing falls through the cracks.
Who this role is perfect for
- You’ve worked in dental or medical front office, treatment coordination, or elective surgery (implants, ortho, plastic, vision, etc.) and you like talking with patients.
- You’re comfortable discussing big numbers and monthly payments without getting awkward.
- You are organized: you love lists, tracking follow‑ups, and closing loops.
- You can handle emotional conversations with empathy but still move people toward a decision.
- You like a fast, accountable environment more than a slow, clock‑punch office.
