Host Person - Lounges

As a Host Person your role will include:

• The Host Person is responsible for providing superior guest service that is consistent with Forbes 5 Star Standard rating.
• All duties and assignments are to be performed according to departmental and Wynn company policy and procedure.
• The Host person is responsible for greeting and seating guests. Will also assist guests with reservations via phone and in-person.
• Assists Managers with table management to maximize seating.

• Must be able to communicate in English fluently and in a professional manner.
• 1-year of work experience as host person in a high-end restaurant or lounge is preferred.
• Exhibit phone etiquette, organizational skills, basic computer knowledge (including reservations management system).
• Requires the ability to multi-task, work efficiently and within a team environment.
• Must be available to work all shifts including day, swing, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times.
• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Candidates under the age of 21 years of age will be prohibited from serving alcohol.
