We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform skilled and semi-skilled maintenance across multiple properties in Madison, Beaver Dam, and Columbus.

- Carrying out repairs and inspections on apartment buildings, offices, and program sites.
- Handling plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks.
- Conducting preventative maintenance, safety checks, and ensuring code compliance.
- Responding to emergency maintenance calls and operating grounds maintenance equipment.
- Collaborating with team members, vendors, and contractors, and purchasing supplies within budget.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 2 years of maintenance or repair experience preferred.
- Knowledge of building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry).
- Ability to read blueprints and follow safety procedures.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; willingness to travel between locations.
