We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform skilled and semi-skilled maintenance tasks across multiple properties in Madison, Beaver Dam, and Columbus.

- Conducting repairs and inspections on apartment buildings, offices, and program sites.
- Handling plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance.
- Performing preventative maintenance, safety checks, and ensuring code compliance.
- Responding to emergency maintenance calls and collaborating with team members, vendors, and contractors.
- Operating grounds maintenance equipment and managing supplies within budget.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 2 years of maintenance or building repair experience preferred.
- Knowledge of building systems, blueprints, and safety procedures.
- Strong teamwork, communication skills, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel between locations.
