What You'll Do:
Coordinate and maintain nursing staff schedules
Fill open shifts while minimizing overtime and agency usage
Communicate staffing needs with managers and nursing leadership
Maintain accurate staffing records and schedules
Assist with call-offs, shift changes, and daily staffing adjustments
Ensure staffing meets regulatory and facility requirements
Collaborate with leadership to support recruitment and retention efforts
What We're Looking For:
Previous staffing, scheduling, or healthcare experience preferred
Skilled nursing or long-term care experience is a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Salary : $16 - $18
