The restaurant and bar server is responsible for delivering friendly, efficient service to guests mostly during early morning and midday dining hours. This role includes opening the dining area, preparing service stations, greeting and seating guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages. Hours will be mostly morning and midday in the hotel restaurant but there could also be evening hours in the hotel bar. The server maintains buffet or la carte setups, ensures timely replenishment, and upholds food quality and presentation standards. Additional duties include handling guest requests, processing payments when required, maintaining cleanliness throughout the shift, and following health and safety guidelines. This position requires reliability, strong time management, and the ability to provide excellent service during fast-paced early shifts.
