Our Hotel is seeking a Front Desk Associate. Tasks include answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing our incoming and outgoing mail. You will also greet clients and update their information in our computer system. It is essential that you keep our reception area clean and organized, presenting a welcoming atmosphere to any visitors. While we are looking for someone with prior administrative experience, we will consider any applicant with strong customer service skills.
Front Desk Associate Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet and check in clients
- Verify payment methods and update client information
- Answer phones and emails
- Assist with incoming and outgoing mail correspondence
- Keep reception area clean and welcoming
- Assist with filing and other administrative tasks as needed.
