What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Florida Litigation Paralegal position at Wyman Legal Solutions?
We are Florida's premier residential construction law firm for homeowners. We handle construction disputes through all phases of pre-litigation and litigation in Florida state and Federal courts. We are growing very aggressively and seek an experienced Florida litigation paralegal (10 years) to join our team.
We need somebody who understands what happens at a trial or final arbitration hearing and has been there, so that they know what is required to succeed there and therefore know how to help build a case successfully.
On the legal production side of our firm, we currently have 4 attorneys, two Paralegals, 1 Legal Assistant, a Legal Production Coordinator, and a Construction Project Analyst.
Our office is located in Boca Raton, Florida; however, this job can be performed remotely. Experience with Florida Courts and knowledge of Florida legal procedure are required. Experience with Construction Law is a significant plus.
