Great Opportunity to work at our all seasons resort in Northern Catskills - Wylder Windham Hotel.

We are looking for a dedicated, passionate, and skilled person to become apart of our Front Office Team. Our four season resort will offer 110 hotel rooms, 1 restaurants, 1 Bakery with 20 acres of land alongside the Batavia Kill River, our family-friendly, all-season resort is filled with endless opportunities. This newly reimagined property offers banquet, wedding and event facilities. We are looking for someone who is both willing to roll up their sleeves and work hard and has a desire to produce a first-class experience for our guests. Looking for applicants who are positive, upbeat, team-oriented, and a people person.

Must work weekends, nights, holidays and be flexible with schedule. Must be able to lift 50 pounds and work a physical Labor Job.

Position Summary:
The hotel front desk agent is the first point of contact for guests. They ensure smooth check-in and check-out experiences, handle inquiries, manage reservations, and provide information about the hotel and local attractions—all while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide efficient check-in and check-out services.
• Manage room reservations, cancellations, and changes in the hotel’s booking system.
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle guest inquiries courteously.
• Process payments, verify guest identification, and issue room keys.
• Address guest complaints or requests promptly, escalating issues as needed.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to meet guest needs.
• Maintain accurate records of guest stays, room availability, and financial transactions.
• Provide information on hotel amenities, local dining, attractions, and transportation.
• Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and cash-handling protocols.
