What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Cleaner position at Wygrany Commercial Cleaning?
Job Details:
We are looking for a commercial cleaner to clean 2 hours a visit at a banquet hall in Mountain Top. Areas include a mid-size lobby, 2 four four-stall bathrooms, and to dust mop & damp mop a banquet hall. This work needs to be done early morning, about 5:30 am or 6:30 am depending on the day.
Currently, the client needs 2 to possibly 3 days a week cleaning (4-6 hours a week). Days may vary since it is the off-season. Starting in April the client will need 5 to 6 days a week (10-12 hours) and may include a weekend. You will need a car to get to this rural location. Must be dependable and have a clean background check. Couples or husband and wife teams are also welcome.

Job Requirements:
- You must have a clean background check in the last 5 years.
- Must have a car to drive to this rural location.
- Early morning work.
- Possible weekend work.
- Can speak and read/write in English.
- Ability to manage your time efficiently.
- Work well when supervisors are not present.
- Ability to lift at least 30 pounds.
- Handle basic cleaning and other janitorial work.
- Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies.
- Able to use basic cleaning equipment.
- Must be dependable.
- Must have a cell phone and know how to text.
General Responsibilities:
- Sweep & mop floors.
- Vacuum carpets.
- Collect and dispose of trash into the dumpster.
- Stack chairs.
- Clean & mop restrooms.
- Spot clean front glass doors and windows.
- Dust sills and flat surfaces.
- Complete cleaning tasks needed to keep a building looking good.
