Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented cleaners to join our growing team. We provide cleaning services for short-term rental properties throughout the Pocono area. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with flexible scheduling, making it ideal for individuals looking for weekday, weekend, or supplemental income opportunities.
Duties
- Clean and prepare short-term rental properties between guest stays
- Change bed linens and make beds
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
- Vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize all surfaces
- Inspect properties for cleanliness and report any maintenance issues
- Restock guest supplies when needed
- Follow company cleaning checklists and quality standards
- Take before and after photos using a smartphone
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone with internet access
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Weekend availability is a plus
- Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not required
