Starting Rate: $22.00/hour for Field Crew
Love to travel and work outdoors? Wyffels Hybrids is hiring seasonal employees to assist with planting operations across Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. Join our Road Crew and be part of a team that plays a key role in agricultural research and seed production!
Job Duties:
- Assist with planting operations – Help prepare, load, and distribute seed for test plots, ensuring accurate placement in fields.
- Load and unload equipment – Safely handle planting supplies and equipment at various locations.
- Travel to multiple locations across the Midwest – Work in different environments with changing field conditions (overnight travel required).
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Demonstrates a high degree of self-motivation and a strong work ethic.
- Capable of working effectively alone or as part of a crew.
- Willingness to adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines.
