Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Operations & Carrier Development Manager role located in Ontairo, CA. In this role, you will oversee daily logistics operations, manage carrier relationships, and develop strategic partnerships to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of goods. You will analyze operational processes, implement improvements, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and provide training to staff. Additionally, you will manage projects and ensure alignment with business objectives and customer expectations while driving efficiency and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with major LTL, FTL, drayage, and transportation providers across North America.

• 建立并维护与美国主流LTL、FTL、码头提柜及其他运输供应商的合作关系。

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to secure the best value and service quality.

• 负责合同、价格及服务条款谈判，确保获得最高性价比服务。

• Analyze shipment data and transportation requirements to determine optimal logistics solutions.

• 通过数据分析制定最优物流运输方案。

• Monitor shipment and order status, proactively resolve operational issues.

• 监控订单及货运状态，及时解决运营问题。

• Analyze KPIs, carrier performance, transportation costs, and identify process improvement opportunities.

• 分析运营绩效数据、承运商表现及运输成本，识别流程优化机会。

• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Finance, and Leadership teams to align business objectives.

• 与运营、销售、财务及管理层协作，共同制定并执行业务策略。

• Support carrier network expansion and procurement initiatives.

• 支持供应商网络拓展及采购战略执行。

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

• Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese.

• Strong capabilities in Operations Management and Project Management to ensure operations efficiency and successful execution of strategic initiatives.
• Excellent Analytical Skills to identify trends, interpret data, and drive process improvements.
• Superior Communication and Training skills to work collaboratively with internal teams, guide staff development, and maintain productive relationships with carriers.
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively in dynamic environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• Experience in the logistics, supply chain, or transportation sectors is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in technology platforms related to logistics or project management.
