- Develop a solid working knowledge of Workday content and processes and Care Team Google Drive sites in order to navigate and accomplish tasks with ease. Follow team workflows and processes.
- Maintain appropriate documentation of member communications and processes.
- Stay current with organizational activities, announcements, events, changes through weekly attendance at scheduled team meetings, reading Touchpoints, viewing EnterMission events.
- Willing to consider assisting the Care Team with training and administration if requested.
- You’re passionate about praying for Bible translation work and seeing lives around the world transformed by God’s Word.
- Undergraduate degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- You demonstrate the desire and ability to support corporate biblical and religious goals and participate in regular work-related spiritual activities without reservation (Spiritual Bona Fide Occupational Qualification).
