This is a full-time, remote role for a Global Human Resources Manager. The responsibilities include overseeing the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with the company’s objectives. This role involves managing global recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will also lead diversity and inclusion programs, support employee development and training, and collaborate with leadership to nurture a positive organizational culture.
- Experience in Human Resource Management, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
- Expertise in Employee Relations, Diversity and Inclusion, and team-building strategies
- Knowledge of Compliance with global labor laws and organizational policies
- Strong Leadership and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative work environment
- Proficiency in developing Learning and Development (L&D) programs
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) are a plus
