$112,486 BASE SALARY
Job Description:
- Perform a head-to-toe assessment on all patients and re-assignments as per policy.
- Formulated, prioritizes and documents nursing diagnosis consistent with the assessment data.
- Performs patient care responsibilities considering needs specific to the patient’s age.
- Ability to revise a plan of care as indicated by the patient’s response to treatment and evaluate overall plan for daily effectiveness.
- Knowledge of medications and their correct administration based on age of the patient and their clinical condition.
- Ability to perform treatments and provide services according to scope of practice.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Current licensed and Registration as a Professional Registered Nurse in New York State
- BCLS/ACLS required
- Bachelors preferred
- Basic Arrhythmia course preferred
- PALS required
- CHILD ABUSE CERTIFICATION
- STROKE CERTIFICATION 5 CEU STROKE RELATED COURSES
- MODERATE SEDATION CERTIFICATION
