About the Role
We’re a fast-paced, high-end retail studio in Wyckoff, NJ known for elevated, detail-perfect gifting and special-occasion pieces. This role is for someone who can connect with customers, and sell with confidence
You’ll be the first impression on the sales floor and on the phone, helping customers choose the right options, guiding upgrades, and ensuring a polished, luxury-level experience every time.
What You’ll Do
Engage customers in-store: greet, guide, and create a premium experience that feels warm, confident, and effortless
Convert phone inquiries into orders: ask great questions, recommend options, suggest upgrades, and close professionally
Take phones orders: capture details, preferences, timing, and special instructions clearly
Use POS computer systems efficiently (enter orders, process payments, customer notes, etc.)
Maintain a clean, elevated retail environment: presentation, packaging standards, and a “luxury-ready” sales floor
What We’re Looking For
Two years plus of high-end retail/sales experience with a great eye and willingness to learn
Confident communicator: excellent phone presence, clear writing, strong attention to detail
Organized, calm under pressure, and ability to multitask
Comfortable with computers and POS systems
Fluent English required.
Compensation Perks
