Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and dedicated Full Time and Part Time Keyholders to join our dynamic retail team. As a Keyholder, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth store operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading by example in a fast-paced environment. Duties

• Open and close the store confidently, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately
• Lead daily operations including sales, inventory control, merchandising, and cash handling with precision
• Supervise team members, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance performance and customer service excellence
• Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, returns, and refunds efficiently
• Oversee inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment, stocktaking, purchasing, and shrinkage control
• Assist with employee orientation, interviewing potential candidates, and participating in recruiting efforts
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies while maintaining a clean, organized store environment
• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism using excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
• Support sales management initiatives by promoting products, pricing strategies, and upselling techniques
• Collaborate with management on budgeting, merchandising plans, and operational improvements
• Demonstrate leadership in supervising shifts, managing schedules, and ensuring operational excellence at all times

Experience

• Previous supervisory or managerial experience within the retail industry is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of retail sales techniques and customer service best practices
• Experience with inventory control systems, POS systems, and basic bookkeeping or payroll processes
• Proven ability to lead teams effectively through training & development initiatives
• Demonstrated skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, and team management
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customer bases
• Excellent organizational skills combined with time management expertise to handle multiple priorities efficiently
• Familiarity with retail math including pricing strategies, sales analysis, and budgeting principles
• Strong communication skills essential for managerial communication and staff collaboration
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing store needs while maintaining a positive attitude
