Field Laborer / Construction Helper
Wyatt Construct LLC is hiring a Field Laborer / Construction Helper to support construction crews on roofing, siding, gutters, repairs, remodels, water damage, mitigation, cleanup, and general construction projects.
This role helps move materials, protect jobsites, assist skilled workers, clean up work areas, load and unload tools, and keep jobs moving efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Assist skilled workers and crew leads
- Help with demolition, cleanup, and material staging
- Protect customer property before and during work
- Keep jobsites clean and organized
- Help with roofing, siding, gutters, repairs, remodels, and general construction work
- Follow safety instructions and jobsite rules
- Report issues to the field lead or project manager
- Show up on time and work hard every day
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation to jobsites
- Ability to perform physical labor
- Ability to work outside in Iowa weather
- Willingness to learn and follow directions
- Strong attendance and work ethic
- Construction experience preferred but not required
Work location: In person, Grinnell-area jobsites.
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
