As a Estimator at WxTite you will:
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to understand scope and requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive bid packages including detailed cost breakdowns and project schedules.
- Identify potential project risks that could impact costs or timelines.
- Work closely with with other team members, architects, engineers, and clients to clarify project details.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to support business growth and generate sales to meet annual revenue and operating incoming goals.
Our ideal Estimator will have:
- A BS degree in a construction related field is recommended not required (civil engineering, construction management, construction technology, etc.)
- 3-5 years of Estimating in commercial roofing or construction
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Scheduling/Project Management software, and familiarity with Procore preferred.
- Scope development and estimating/pricing experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills and customer service experience required.
- Experience in a leadership role is preferred.
- Must have valid driver's license
