As a WxTite Superintendent you will be able to:
- Lead site safety, quality control, and security measures to minimize disruptions and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with Project Managers on scheduling, permitting, material procurement, subcontractor agreements, and reporting.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job sire and field office environment in alignment with company standards.
- Identify and proactively resolve on-site issues and adapt to changing field conditions.
- Support customer relations through clear, professional communication and follow-up.
Our ideal WxTite Superintendent will have:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Commercial Roofing
- HS Diploma or GED
- Proficient in using management software to track job progress, manage equipment inspections, and generate daily reports.
- OSHA-30 Certificate
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Ability to travel for work, including overnight stays.
