Position Summary
The Finance Manager oversees financial operations, including reporting, cash management, accounting, and tax compliance, ensuring accuracy, control, and business support.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Analyze financial performance and provide insights to management
- Support budgeting and forecasting
2. Cash & Treasury
- Monitor cash flow and working capital
- Manage bank accounts, payments, and liquidity planning
3. Accounting
- Oversee GL, AP/AR, and month-end closing
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal controls
- Coordinate audits and maintain accurate financial records
4. Tax & Compliance
- Manage federal and state tax filings and compliance
- Coordinate with external tax advisors
- Ensure compliance with local regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting
- 5–8 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and tax basics
- Experience in logistics / 3PL / startup environment preferred
- Bilingual English and Chinese/Madarin as plus
- Detail-oriented and hands-on
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, scaling environment
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
