We’re growing our U.S. operations and are looking for a Finance Manager to act as a strategic partner to our Global CFO and U.S. leadership team.

The Role
As Finance Manager, you’ll lead all U.S. accounting and financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, strong controls, and clear financial insight to support business decisions. You’ll work closely with Sales, Operations, and Design teams, providing analysis that drives profitability, efficiency, and growth.
This role combines strategic influence with operational ownership—ideal for someone who wants visibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a real impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own U.S. financial reporting, including month-end close, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Lead cost accounting, inventory valuation, WIP, BOMs, and margin analysis
- Partner with Sales on pricing, contract review, and project forecasting
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, and scenario models
- Monitor cash flow and working capital, providing recommendations to leadership
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls, compliance, and audit readiness
- Lead tax coordination and external audit preparation
- Evaluate and improve ERP systems and financial processes to support scale
- Act as a trusted financial advisor to department heads and senior leadership
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred)
- 5 years’ experience in finance or accounting, ideally in manufacturing or project-based environments
- Strong cost accounting and inventory management expertise
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
- Confident decision-maker with sound judgment and attention to detail
- Collaborative communicator who enjoys working cross-functionally
- Process-driven mindset with experience improving or scaling finance operations
Nice to have:
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP platforms, and exposure to furniture, design-build, or modular manufacturing environments.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $80,000 per year
- Bonus: Annual performance-based bonus eligibility
- Schedule: 4-day in-office work week (Cerritos, CA)
