Responsibilities- Patrol assigned areas and monitor for security concerns
- Maintain a visible presence to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized activity
- Observe and report incidents, hazards, and suspicious behavior
- Provide excellent customer service to visitors and staff
- Complete detailed incident and daily activity reports
- Respond calmly and professionally to emergency situations
- Follow all site-specific security procedures and company policies
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Washington State Security Guard License
- Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English fluently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with others
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during an 8-hour shift
- Ability to maintain awareness and attentiveness throughout the shift
