WorldWide Language Resources was established in 1995 to provide U.S. and allied governments, corporations, non-profits and non-governmental organizations with highly skilled linguists, cultural experts, role players, intelligence analysts and other professionals. We support a wide range of operational missions and environments globally, from executive boardrooms to austere mission areas.
Be part of the planning, synchronization and as directed, execution of an international linguist contract. Worldwide Language Resources is seeking individuals responsible for the planning, oversight and day-to-day operations and oversight of all activities necessary for successful contract management. Experience in planning, launching and directing major government, military and/or large multi-discipline support organizations with enterprise-level initiatives is required. Will regularly report to the COR and ACOR's for meetings, written reports, and scheduled updates.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain and cultivate the process, systems, procedures, records and methodologies necessary for effective control of Government property consistent with Army and industry practices and standards
- Account for all government property to include clothing and, OCIE and office equipment furnished to the vendor on the task order
- Maintain hand receipt accounts
- Ensure that controls are effectively in place to prevent fraud, waste, abuse and mismanagement
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Experience: Knowledgeable of Property accountability, inventory management, record keeping, clothing management, command supply discipline, hand receipt procedures, turn in procedures and management controls Knowledgeable of Organizational Clothing and Individual Equipment (OCIE) Skills- Life Cycle Management Automated supply system accounting Contract Property Management Systems
Clearance: Secret
Education Equivalency: 10 years' experience working in military or unit supply services Program Management.
