Position Summary
WWC's Accounts Receivable Specialist maintains complete and systematic records pertaining to accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, fixed asset, and general ledger accounts. They will assist with all areas of the accounting process including client invoicing, vendor receipt entry, employee time recordkeeping, employee benefit administration, and general ledger account reconciliation and reporting.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school preferred; 2-4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong organizational skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to solve problems.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Possesses proficient accounting knowledge to function independently and collaboratively with staff.
This position will involve some travel (using WWC vehicles) and thus this offer is made on the condition that you have a valid driver's license and that you are able to be covered by WWC's vehicle insurance. This offer is also contingent upon passing a pre-employment drug & alcohol test. Please note that this is an offer of at-will employment and does not constitute an employment contract between us.
Salary : $25 - $29
