This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Director of Contracting and Provider Network, located in Salem, OR. The Senior Director will be responsible for overseeing contract negotiations, managing provider network relations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and developing strategies to enhance network performance. Tasks include building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, negotiating and reviewing contracts, and working closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Other responsibilities include analyzing market trends and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.
- Experience in contract negotiations, contract management, and provider relations
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, healthcare laws, and compliance
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work on-site in Salem, OR
- Familiarity with market trends and healthcare industry developments
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Experience in managed care or provider network management is a plus
