You'll be one of the first people our patients meet, and you'll help keep our busy clinic running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming patients and helping them check in and out
- Answering phone calls and assisting patients
- Scheduling and rescheduling appointments
- Contacting patients on our call list to fill available appointments
- Collecting payments and maintaining accurate patient information
- Keeping track of incoming communications and administrative tasks
- Working closely with our Scheduling Coordinator and clinical team
- Following established procedures while learning to handle routine responsibilities independently
