General Description
The Housekeeper, under the direction of the Housekeeping Manager, is responsible for the cleaning and sanitation of the physical environment in the area assigned, meeting performance standards set for the position. This position is responsible for all work in the area assigned, for stocking, delivering, and storing linens, sweeping, mopping, buffing, waxing, cleaning windows, sanitizing bathrooms, pulling trash and other related tasks as assigned Applicants selected for employment must successfully complete a criminal background check and a chemical urinalysis and breath analysis drug screening test. All employees shall be subject to drug testing for probable cause as set forth in agency and bureau policies. Welch Community Hospital is a tobacco free campus.
