- Operate multi-line phone systems efficiently, handling inquiries and routing calls promptly
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, including data entry and document proofreading
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Support office management tasks such as ordering supplies, overseeing office equipment, and maintaining cleanliness
- Provide customer service support by assisting clients or vendors with inquiries and resolving issues effectively
- Perform clerical duties including typing correspondence, preparing reports, and managing incoming/outgoing mail
Qualifications
- Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
- Excellent computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse clientele effectively
- Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is a plus for handling basic financial tasks
