Job Summary:
We are looking for a Scientist I with strong hands-on experience in HPLC and/or Capillary Electrophoresis (CE) to join our Analytical Sciences team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing analytical testing, supporting method development, and ensuring high-quality data to advance biopharmaceutical development programs.
- Conduct routine and characterization testing using HPLC (SEC, RP, IEX, Titer, etc.) and/or CE (CE-SDS, icIEF, etc.).
- Support analytical method development, optimization, and assessment.
- Generate, analyze, and document data with accuracy and compliance to quality standards.
- Maintain and troubleshoot analytical instruments (HPLC/CE).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results within project timelines.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field.
- Master with 2 years of Analytical Sciences industry experience.
- Bachelor with 4 years of Analytical Sciences industry experience.
- Direct hands-on experience with HPLC and/or CE is required.
- Experience in additional analytical techniques (e.g., UV/Vis, SDS-PAGE, Mass Spectrometry) is preferred.
- Skilled in Empower software.
- Strong data analysis, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with GLP/GMP practices in a regulated environment.
- Strong foundation in physicochemical analysis techniques
- Understanding of antibody and protein structural characteristics
- Ability to adapt to fast-pace working environment
- Ability to adapt to shift in responsibilities.
- Good communication and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Salary : $69,200 - $96,300
