Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for roles in Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, the Sciences, and Business Development.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Source top talent through creative and strategic methods including LinkedIn, industry networks, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Collaborate with HR and TA team members to ensure alignment with company hiring goals and timelines.
- Adapt quickly to changing business priorities and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- 5–10 years of recruiting experience in the biologics, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industries.
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition for technical functions including Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Sciences, and Business Development.
- Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
