Job Title - Scientist II to Sr. Scientist I, Analytical Sciences
A total of 24-month rotation with 1st rotation for 12 months in the U.S., followed by two or three rotations for 3-6 months each. One of the rotations will be in China. Specific rotation plans can be customized.

Job Summary
The Global Emerging Leaders Program (GELP) is a 2-year rotational leadership development program designed to cultivate future business and technical leaders within WuXi Biologics. Participants gain hands-on experience through cross-functional rotations, strategic project work, and exposure to global operations. Mentorship by director level and above senior leaders throughout the rotations. Candidates who successfully complete the program will be offered to join WuXi Biologics global network (not limited to the U.S. site) as management at levels ranging from Manager to Associate Director.
The Analytical Sciences track focuses on developing expertise in analytical method development, validation, and characterization of biologics to support product quality and regulatory compliance. Drive continuous improvement in the lab setting. Lead innovation projects.

Job Responsibilities
- Support testing of biologics using analytical testing (e.g., HPLC, ELISA, cell-based assays).
- Support method development, qualification, and validation.
- Conduct protein characterization, forced degradation, and stability studies.
- Analyze data and ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Collaborate with Process Development and Quality teams.
- Support protein formulation development.
- Lead or support internal innovation initiatives.
- Engage in leadership development and mentorship programs.
- Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science Biochemistry, Biophysics, or related field with 0–2-year work experience.
- Experience with analytical techniques for protein and/or peptides.
- Strong data analysis and documentation skills.
- Understanding of regulatory expectations for analytical testing.
- Willingness to travel and participate in global rotations (if applicable).
- May require some weekend or evening work hours and conference call time to meet global team time zones and job expectations.
