Location: Wurth USA - 93 Grant St, Ramsey, NJ 07446
Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm ET Monday-Friday
Compensation: Competitive base salary plus commission incentive structure

Responsibilities:
- Initiate phone calls to engage both active and inactive clients, as well as those in unassigned regions, with the aim of creating sales orders.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects through regular contact and follow-up communications.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven sales experience, with a minimum of 1 year experience.
- Proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortability prospecting new business.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
