Würth Baer Supply Company, one of the nation's premier distributors to the woodworking industry, is seeking an on-site Recruiter for our headquarters in Vernon Hills, IL. We are growing quickly and streamlining our processes to include Ultipro (UKG) as our ATS and leveraging both really and LinkedIn Recruiting for sourcing. The successful candidate will have knowledge and experience in passive searches as well as technical experience working with ATS – Ultipro experience a big plus!
Responsibilities
- Develop, facilitate and implement all phases of the recruitment process
- Collaborate with department managers to ensure all job descriptions are accurate and relevant
- Source and recruit candidates by using job boards, social media etc.
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Schedule interviews with hiring manager and identified team
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Facilitate the hiring process, extending verbal, as well as formally extending offer letters
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Three to five years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- LinkedIn Recruiter Experience preferred
- Ultipro (UKG) experience a plus
- Position is onsite M-F 8:00am-5:00pm
- Former agency recruiting a plus
Education
- High School or better.
