About the Role...
- This is a full-time, Monday- Friday, on-sight salaried role in Park City, UT reporting to the Owner, Director of Retail, Director of Operations and Store Manager
- Receives all in-bound product
- Implements BOH tasks including but not limited to receiving, RTV’s, markdowns, management of dry cleaning and repair styles and preparation of all outgoing shipments
- Vigilant in resolving known inventory discrepancies and root cause
- Maintains accurate inventory records by conducting regular audits to ensure stock levels are correct
- Organizes and optimizes stockroom's layout to maximize efficiency and accessibility
- Monitors shipping-supply levels, taking initiative to place reorders as needed
- Utilizes best practices and safety protocols for completing stockroom procedures
- Collaborates with other departments including buying team, sales team, and account executives to ensure timely fulfillment of requests
- Implements strategies to minimize stock shrinkage and loss
- Identifies areas for process improvement with back of house
- Knowledgeable in stores inventory systems and shipping platforms
- Assist with housekeeping and other store operation duties including trash and recycle runs, moving objects and assembly/ disassembly of store fixtures

Compensation & Benefits
- $60,000 annual base salary, paid biweekly
- $2,500 annual bonus eligibility, based on store's inventory deviation
