Job Summary
The Receiving Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of incoming shipments within the warehouse. This position is responsible for overseeing the receipt of goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, and coordinating with various departments to facilitate order fulfillment. Duties

• Oversee the receiving process for all incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy in quantity and quality.
• Utilize ShopTech E2 ERP to track inventory levels and manage stock.
• Perform order picking and packing tasks as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of received items, including data entry.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient order fulfillment and timely dispatch of goods.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in managing stock levels.

• Proficient in basic math skills for inventory management and order processing.
• Knowledge of order fulfillment processes, including picking, packing, and shipping.
