Daily responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, preparing quotes, and managing the sales pipeline to meet or exceed revenue targets. The role also involves providing responsive customer service, coordinating with technical and operations teams to resolve inquiries, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end sales experience. The Sales Specialist will support training and product education for customers, participate in industry events, and provide feedback to internal teams on market trends and customer needs.

Qualifications

- Ability to deliver Training and product education to customers and internal partners in a structured, accessible manner.
- Experience with Sales Management activities such as pipeline tracking, forecasting, and CRM usage.
- Familiarity with life science, biotechnology, or laboratory workflows; the ability to understand technical product features and benefits.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
