Paradigm is a software company transforming the way that the residential, construction & building product industries operate across the globe. We are looking for a Back End Software Developer - myBLDR to be part of revolutionizing these industries.
Our flagship product is a web application hosted on Azure in a SaaS model. Our APIs and back-end services are built using .NET/C#, Entity Framework, T-SQL. We also utilize Docker and Terraform for containerization and deployment.
We're always growing, learning, and experimenting with other technologies and techniques.
What You Will Do:
- You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of teams & projects, you will enhance and maintain the code for the back-end API’s, services.
- This role is a good mixture of teamwork & individual project work.
- You will be responsible for supporting and investigating issues involving released software.
- You will perform peer code review. And have your code reviewed as well.
- You will plan & implement model data structures for scalability.
- You will collaborate on designs, with a focus on business requirements, computing & data storage.
- You will interact with the QA team to meet quality & regulatory standards!
What You Need to Succeed:
- You have a bachelor’s degree in computer science (or equivalent), or equivalent professional experience
- You have at least two years of experience as a software developer.
- You will need critical thinking, including creative development skills, requirements analysis capabilities, and proven problem-solving skills.
- You have experience developing with modern development tools.
- Ideally you will have experience working with design patterns, cloud development, .NET/C#, T-SQL, Entity Framework and Terraform.
- You are proficient with Git (branching, merging, conflict resolution).
- You need to be dependable, organized and enjoy working in a changing/fast paced environment. We live in Agile.
- You can take direction and work independently to creatively meet business objectives.

Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. Most roles at Paradigm have three levels, Associate, Mid and Senior. Our pay ranges are inclusive of all three levels (if applicable), our US based Associate level pay begins at $70,125 annually for this role. The salary does not reflect total compensation, which includes base salary and benefits. These compensation levels are subject to an annual review.
