Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Magnolia, TX, for an Estimator. The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project requirements, preparing detailed cost estimates, reviewing blueprints and specifications, and coordinating with vendors and subcontractors to gather accurate pricing information. Additional responsibilities include creating bid proposals, managing project budgets, and contributing to the development of cost management strategies. The successful candidate will also ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in project estimation, cost analysis, and budget management
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
