WT Equipment’s Searcy, AR location is looking to hire a highly motivated individual for a full-time service technician/diesel mechanic position. Hours for this position are M-F 8-5 and Saturday 8-12. Service Technician/Diesel Mechanic Job duties include but not limited to:
*Diagnostic and repair of agricultural and construction equipment
*Good working knowledge electrical, hydraulic, and power systems is a plus
*Must have a good working knowledge of computers
*Must be able to work in a very fast paced setting
*Must be good at communicating with others
*Must have own hand tools/meters etc. (specialty tools will be provided)
The ideal individual for the Service Technician/Diesel Mechanic position will need to be good at working with customers, take initiative, and be very organized. Accredited service diesel technician training is a plus. Weekly pay for this position is hourly, along with the opportunity to earn a monthly tech bonus.
