We’re hiring a Scale House Associate for our 2nd shift (Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–8:00 PM) with a starting pay of $20/hour (plus a $1 shift premium) and room to grow based on experience
What You’ll Do:

Rock the paperwork game by managing Bills of Lading for Scrap OCC.

Keep our GBP Inventory System in check with accurate trailer and carrier data entry.

Be the go-to communicator, directing yard spotters to trailer locations like a pro.

Stay organized by maintaining daily carrier files with ninja-level precision.

Support dispatch and communication for chemical and coal trucks moving in and out of the mill.

Team up with office staff to create Bills of Lading for outbound shipments.

Champion WSW Logistics’ safety initiatives and provide administrative support.

Tackle general office tasks and other duties as needed with a can-do attitude.
What You Bring:

High School Diploma (required).

3 years in a similar office role, showing off your organizational superpowers.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, you know the drill).

Sharp attention to detail and stellar organizational skills.
