- Champion the Digital strategy within P&E and align Business Line plans to enterprise priorities and standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for digital strategy and services within P&E Business Line, coordinating with Corporate Digital, OneIT, and Marketing & Communications.
- Own the annual P&E Digital Business Plan (objectives, key results/OKRs, and an investment roadmap) to balance capability uplift and market growth.
- Identify and escalate delivery, commercial, and data governance risks; drive mitigation plans.
- Engage with Business Line leadership team to refine the digital value proposition for each team, articulate differentiators, and align to client needs and market trends.
- Prioritize areas of opportunity and investment using clear criteria (client impact, ROI, scalability, risk) and maintain a transparent prioritization backlog.
- Support implementation of the digital strategy within each Business Unit, including operating model adjustments, enablement plans, and performance tracking.
- Identify areas of improvement in delivery of P&E services leveraging digital tools and collaborate on implementation.
- Identify and track digital pipeline within CRM
- Partner with Business Development and Global Client Program leads to identify and prioritize target Clients for digital engagement, ensuring alignment with strategic growth objectives.
- Communicate effectively our current digital offerings internally and externally and how they can add value to our clients and projects.
- Lead and contribute to client facing digital workshops to identify pain points, map customer journeys, and conceptualize solution options (platforms, products, and services).
- Translate workshop outputs into proposals with clear value hypotheses, success metrics, delivery approach, and resourcing plans in partnership with Client Directors and Pursuit teams.
- Support pursuit teams with development of digital approach, methodology, and pricing.
- Build repeatable playbooks and assets (problem framing, discovery templates, demo environments) to scale workshops across Clients and markets.
- Establish and nurture a P&E digital community of practice; coach and mentor emerging digital leaders.
- Define a skills roadmap and upskilling plan (digital literacy; data; visualization; GIS/Location Intelligence; automation; BIM/digital twins) with Technical Excellence leaders.
- Drive a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement across multi-disciplinary delivery teams.
- Manage and develop a team of digital delivery professionals in the US and in India that collaborates throughout the business to achieve the above goals.
- Develop and steward a P&E tools strategy (e.g., Autodesk, Bentley, GIS/Location Intelligence, data & visualization stacks) for effective, consistent use and licensing efficiency.
- Collaborate with AI and platform leads on product/platform roadmaps, integration patterns, and data governance.
- Support commercial models for digital tools, platforms, and productized services (pricing, packaging, margin tracking).
- Maintain visibility of P&E digital services and platforms; set KPIs and dashboards for adoption, NPS, utilization, revenue, and gross margin.
- Foster cross selling across Business Units and adjacent markets; share wins, case studies, and best practices.
- Partner with Marketing & Communications to amplify P&E digital thought leadership and client references.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Digital Technology, Engineering, Design, or Management).
- 15 years leading project delivery in complex, client facing environments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; structured problem solving and data informed decision making.
- Comfortable with ambiguity; thrives in matrixed, fast-moving contexts with a commercial mindset.
- Experience with services and client base of the P&E business.
- Proven experience building and leading teams, including coaching across disciplines in a matrix organization.
- Track record of driving performance against measurable outcomes; removes barriers and fosters teamwork.
- Master’s Degree in a relevant field (Digital Technology, Engineering, Design, or Management).
- Essential Professional Licensure/Certification.
